Important Notice Regarding Results

Cutalis is a cosmetic copper peptide serum. Any descriptions of potential skin benefits on our website (such as reduced acne or changes in appearance) reflect individual user experiences and are not guaranteed outcomes. Individual results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, usage consistency, and other personal factors. Cutalis does not make medical claims. Purchasing the product constitutes acceptance of this disclaimer.

Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU / UK)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and applicable UK consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

Important condition: This right applies only to products that are completely unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. Once the tamper-evident seal on the bottle has been broken or the product has been used in any way, the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU (hygiene and health protection goods).

60-Day Quality Assurance

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 60-Day Quality Assurance on the physical condition of the product. This covers: the bottle arriving intact (not broken or leaking), the tamper-evident seal being undamaged at delivery, and the ingredients matching the stated formulation.

This Quality Assurance does not guarantee any particular cosmetic result, skin improvement, or personal outcome. It solely covers the physical and compositional integrity of the product as shipped. If your product arrives with a broken bottle, damaged seal, or visibly compromised contents, contact us within 60 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Quality Assurance Claim

Email us at hello@cutalis.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos if the claim concerns physical damage

We will respond within 48 hours on business days. Returns must not be sent back without prior approval. We will provide a return address by email once approved.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (via Stripe) within 5–10 business days. Stripe’s own processing times may apply in addition.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened products, products without their original seal, or products that show signs of use cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
