Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship to EU and UK addresses. Couriers are selected based on destination, availability, and reliability at the time of dispatch.
- Standard Shipping: Free of charge. Estimated delivery: 7–11 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: €9.95. Estimated delivery: 6–8 business days after dispatch.
Important: Delivery Times Are Estimates Only
All delivery timeframes shown are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, national postal service backlogs, adverse weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Cutalis accepts no liability for delays that fall outside our direct control. We do not offer refunds solely on the basis of delayed delivery unless the order is confirmed lost.
Order Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. Tracking availability depends on the courier and destination country.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For deliveries within the EU and UK, no import duties are expected under normal circumstances. We are not responsible for any additional customs fees, import taxes, or surcharges that may be applied by local authorities. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and product before opening and contact us at hello@cutalis.com within 5 days of delivery. For orders that appear to be lost in transit, please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before contacting us.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are unable to redirect shipments once dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping costs will be charged.
