Withdraw from Contract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You may use the form above, or contact us by email at hello@cutalis.com.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The right of withdrawal applies only to products that are completely unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. The tamper-evident seal must be intact. Once the seal has been broken or the product has been used, the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU (goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons).

You (the consumer) shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in return transit.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction (via Stripe), unless expressly agreed otherwise.
