Cutalis sells a cosmetic copper peptide serum. Our product is a cosmetic and is not a medicinal product. It has not been evaluated or approved by any regulatory health authority for medical use. Any descriptions of potential benefits on our website (including references to acne reduction, improved skin appearance, or changes in bloating) are based on individual user experiences and represent possibilities, not guaranteed outcomes. Our 60-Day Quality Assurance is a guarantee of physical product integrity only: the bottle will arrive unbroken, the tamper-evident seal will be intact, and the formulation will match the stated ingredients at the time of shipment. This is not a money-back guarantee for cosmetic results. It does not guarantee that the product will produce any specific visible effect on your skin.
4. Returns & Refunds
Our full returns and refunds policy is detailed on our Returns & Refunds page. In summary: you may return an unopened, sealed product within 14 days of receipt in accordance with EU / UK consumer law. Opened products cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in Euros and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Cutalis does not store your full card details. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details you provide are your own and that you are authorised to use them.
6. Shipping
Estimated shipping times are provided for guidance only and are not contractually binding. Cutalis accepts no liability for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read and understood our Returns & Refunds Policy and these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback that we believe is submitted contrary to our stated policies, and to provide transaction records, order confirmations, delivery evidence, and these Terms to the relevant payment processor or bank in support of our position.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Austria, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
